Whether you are looking to train for your first trail race, aiming to complete your first ultra, or are a seasoned and experienced athlete seeking to improve, our online coaching packages are the ultimate choice.
Offering top-tier support and expertise, they are designed specifically around your goals, fitness levels and lifestyle. Depending on the program you choose, your coach reviews and analyzes your training sessions providing valuable feedback and comments.
We offer several types of packages; Premium Level, Weekly Coaching & Monthly Coaching:
Premium Level
£120/month Limited Places!
Learn from the best. This is our top level package but has limited places available.
We have teamed up with international athlete Ricky Lightfoot. Ricky will be on hand to provide training advice for a select number of athletes, overseeing the training schedules on a monthly basis.

The Premium Level includes all the features in the Weekly Coaching package. In addition, Ricky will provide advice on your initial training program set up, with regular feedback each month.

Personalised Training Plans
Are you looking for an event-specific training plan or maybe a structured approach to prepare you for your next adventure, i.e. multi-stage trail running tour such as the Tour of Mont Blanc. We develop personalized training plans for those who are seeking one-off customised plans without the feedback & analysis of a coach. ​These are not pre prepared plans, each plan is designed to your specific requirements. We'll discuss your aspirations and what you aim to achieve based on your unique goals, experience, current physical status, and availability for training.

£50-£80 What's Included:

Your plan will generally cover a minimum time period of three months with a maximum of six months, depending on what you're hoping to achieve.
Personal Coaching is NOT included in this plan, if you are looking for that kind of service, we recommend one of our coaching packages.
