Are you aiming to complete your first alpine trek or perhaps a multi-day mountaineering trip and unsure of what you need to do to in terms of fitness preparation? We understand the physical demands required and can design customised training programs to ensure that you are fully prepared and help achieve your goals. We offer two options; this can be a personalized program with the regular training feedback and advice. Alternatively, we can also develop personalized training plans for those who are seeking one-off customised plans without the feedback. Check out the options below.
Personalised Training Programs
Are you looking for a specific training program or maybe a structured approach to prepare you for your next adventure, i.e. a multi-day trek in the alps such as the Tour du Mont Blanc, glacier trekking the Chamonix to Zermatt Haute Route or your first ascent of a 4,000-meter peak. We develop personalised fitness and conditioning training programs for hiking, trekking, mountaineering & ski touring. Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll prepare a customised program to get you fit, strong and confident for your mountain adventure. ​These are not pre prepared plans, each plan is designed to your specific requirements. We'll discuss your aspirations and what you aim to achieve based on your unique goals, experience, current physical status, and availability for training. We'll review and analyze your training each month providing valuable feedback and comments to help you stay on track. We also offer advice on nutritional requirements and environmental factors such as altitude, heat, cold.
